1. Before Work Begins

Full refund within 48 hours of payment if no work has commenced. Per Art.103(a) LGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke digital services begun with consumer consent.

2. During Project

Creative brief approved: 25% retained. Wireframes delivered: 50%. Visual design approved: 75%. Development started: 90%. Launched: no refund.

3. Quality Guarantee

Revision rounds included per plan ensure satisfaction.

4. Processing

Refunds processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe to original payment method. Updated: March 2026.
